Transcript is record of the marks you obtained at the University/College you attended. How to get a Transcript certificate can help you apply for higher education in abroad or for PR etc. Transcripts provide information about the academic history of the student. Universities/College in abroad/Other agencies like WES (World Education Services), IQAS (International Qualifications Assessment Service) use Transcripts to convert your results according to their education system and process them for Admissions/Permanent Residency etc. Transcripts are considered official only when it has the official signature/stamp/seal of the University issuing it. Visit official website of Punjabi University Patiala and click on 'ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ' and then click on third link - 'ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਪੋਰਟਲ'
Click on link 'ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਟਰਾਂਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਟ (Online Transcript).'
Click on 'Login/Register'
Read all instructions carefully given on the portal, If visit first time click on 'Create account'.
To create account fill column Username and Password. Username should be as shown in example. In third column write email id and click on 'Create Account'.
Check your Email ID for Email Verification.
In your Email account - check for Verification Email and click on Verification link.
After Verification you have to login with your Username and Password.
First of all Create Profile so click on 'Profile'
Fill your correct details as per your documents in this form.
Click on 'Update' button after fill form.
After successful Profile Updatation 'User Profile Updated Successfully' messege will show, then click on 'Home'.
Click on link 'Transcript'
Kindly read all important instruction carefully given on the Portal.
Punjabi University Patiala Transcript fees is Rs 18230/-. If you want 2nd set then you should select option in the form, Fee for speed post for each set will be Rs.1700/-. Additional 3rd set fee is extra Rs. 1180/-. Despatch Fee for 3rd set only (Rs 1770 for by Speed Post option), Click on 'Proceed' button. Kindly check information filled in the 'Profile Section', correct it if anything wrong.
If Filling form for WES - check that option. In 'Permanent Registration No.' column- Write your Registration No. - this Registration no. is written on the top section of your DMC/Degree, In 'WES Reference no.' column- Write reference no. of WES, In 'Address of Institution' column- Write full address of WES, In column - No. of DMC/Degree - eg for BA - 6 DMCs + 1 Degree = Total 7 should be written. Dispatch Mode - To WES Transcript sent through Electronic mode only.
If Filling form for other than WES (like IQAS etc) select the option 'Other Agency' and fill other columns, Dispatch Mode - Select Dispatch Mode to send Transcript to that agency.
If filling form for Transcript for College/University in abroad - select the option - 'College/University'. In Column 'Student ID' - Write 'Student ID' given by 'College/University'. Dispatch Mode - Select Dispatch Mode to send Transcript to that 'College/University'.
If you want Transcript 'By hand' then select option 'None of these', Dispatch Mode - select option 'By Hand'
To get second set 'By Hand' select that option. Kindly read instructions regarding 'By Hand' option, if candidate will not receive set of 'By Hand' option, then he have to apply again with new application.
Address of 2nd set of Transcript should be different from 1st set of Transcript, candidates are instructed that University will send Transcript only to concerned Universities/College/Agencies only, not to their home address.
For second set, If you select Dispatch Mode - Speed Post, it will add extra fee.
Fill details of your documents in rows, if rows are more/less, add/remove (by click on - Add rows/x) as per need, after fill - check carefully and click on 'Submit' button
If you got Log off, login again with your Username and Password.
To upload documents click on 'Proceed to Upload Documents.'
Documents to be uploaded should be in pdf format and below 1 Mb in size per document, to see sample of document click on 'Please see the sample page before uploading document'
Upload Good quality Proper Scanned Documents, not cutting from sides and printable on A4 page.
Upload documents one by one as per details filled by you in form.
After upload all documents check uploaded documents by click on 'View' button n can remove by click on 'Remove' button to upload again if needed.
Notedown the Application No. showing against - 'Your Application No.' (Application no. would be required while paying fee), To pay fee click on button 'Click Here to Deposit fee online', if you have already paid fee then check on declaration checkbox and upload the receipt.
On SBI Collect Portal - Click on link 'Educational Institutions'.
Search with 'Punjabi University' and Click on 'Punjabi University - Transcript/Migration etc'
Select 'Transcript' in the Drop-down list
In column - 'Application No./TRN no.' write your actual Application No. as showing in your application -in Home Page, fill all other columns with your proper details, In columns - 'Postal Charges/ Additional Copy/ Additinal Copy Postal Charges' - 'If Additionl sets not required' and Dispatch Mode is Email/By Hand then select select zero in it. You can write remarks if you want in 'remarks' column
After fill all columns, click on 'Next' button.
Check all your details in form if ok then click on 'Next'.
On Payment page you can pay fee through Netbanking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI etc as per your convenience. After pay fee download your fee receipt in pdf format. To pay fee through UPI click on link - UPI.
For payment through scan QR code - click on QR Code as in image above and scan the QR code.
After Payment check the Declaration Checkbox as in image above.
If you logout then login again - On Home Page - in the last column click on 'Upload Fee receipt' and upload your fee receipt.
In column 'SBI Collect reference no.' fill reference no. showing in your fee receipt, fill all other columns, upload fee receipt and click on 'Submit'.
To check uploaded receipt click on 'View' link and to upload again click on 'Remove' if needed, then Click on button - 'Proceed and Submit
If in 'Status' column showing - 'Submitted And Under Process' it means your application is submitted and is under process, after process by University if your application 'Status' column will show as 'accepted' and 'Message' will show 'case no.' of your application, If 'Status' column show 'Hold' then 'Message' column will show reason for Hold, after clear discrepency submit again, To track your application, check your application Status regularly
